*Note: Express shipping is mandatory for all Albums, Packs and Copies placed between 22.11.2024 - 26.11.2024

• During this festive period, we do not accept any SAMPLE/DEMO orders. Please make sure you place your sample orders until the 31.10.2024, otherwise these will only be shipped in January 2025.
• All orders with anomalies, detected upon files verification will not be considered valid, even if uploaded within the announced deadline.
• Koy Lab does not take responsibility for any transport delays.
• We recommend using express transport to avoid any major inconvenience.
• Koy Lab will be closed for Christmas and New Year’s holidays from 23.12.2024 till 02.01.2025.
